تولید محتوای آموزش مجازی زبان‌انگلیسی در قالب تکنیک تدریس معکوس-مغزمحور

چکیده
بکارگیری روش های نوین آموزشی در حوزه های مختلف علمی و همچنین استفاده از ابزارهای فناوری در آموزش امروزه به یک ضرورت تبدیل شده است. در مقاله حاضر با بهره گیری از تکنیک‌های تدریس معکوس و روش مغز‌محور بعنوان جدیدترین روش-های آموزش یا علم پدگوژی در دنیای امروز تلاش شده است گامی متفاوت در تولید محتوای آموزش مجازی زبان انگلیسی که فراگیری آن در حال حاضر در حیطه بین‌المللی سازی توانمندی‌های بومی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، برداشته شود. در این راستا سامانه مدیریت یادگیری (اِل اِم اِس) در دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی راه‌اندازی گردید و محتوای آموزش زبان انگیسی عمومی با رویکردی نوین و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اِستوری‌لاین جهت آموزش از راه دور، به دانشجویان رشته‌های گوناگون دانشگاهی تهیه گردید. بدین منظور و جهت ارزیابی میزان تاثیرگذاری روش تدریس معکوس و همچنین تکنیک مغزمحور دوگروه از دانشجویان در هر ترم تحصیلی در کلاس های آموزش مجازی شرکت نمودند که در تدریس گروه اول (31 نفر، 15 دانشجوی زن و 16 دانشجوی مرد) از روش معکوس و در گروه دوم (30 نفر، 18 دانشجوی زن و 12دانشجوی مرد) از روش غیرمعکوس بهره گرفته شد. در آموزش از راه دور دو گروه، از تکنیک نوین آموزشی مغزمحور استفاده گردید و فضای مجازی به کار رفته (اِل اِم اِس) دانشگاه علامه، شبیه به سامانه مودِل و دارای قابلیت ارتباطی همزمان/غیر همزمان بود. نتایج بدست آمده از تحلیل‌های انجام گرفته تی-تست (ضریب معناداری 01/0)، اَنووای یک طرفه و شِفِه حاکی از تاثیرگذاری بالای روش معکوس بر روی فرایند فراگیری دانشجویان مرد و زن شرکت کننده در کلاس های مجازی زبان انگلیسی و بطور اخص بر روی فراگیران سطوح پایین‌تر بود که می تواند کاربردهای آموزشی فراوانی برای برنامه‌ریزان نظام آموزشی خصوصا آموزش مجازی و تدریس زبان با بهره‌گیری از روش معکوس، داشته باشد.

Developing Content for virtual Teaching of English Language Through Flipped and Brain Based Techniques

Abstract
Nowadays the use of novel educational Techniques in different fields of study and the application of technological devices in teaching has turned into a necessity. In the present study with the use of the flipped and Brain-Based techniques as the new trend in education or Pedagogy science in today's world, an attempt has been made to take a different step in developing content of virtual teaching of English. Recently the acquisition of English language in the realm of the globalization of the local potentialities seems crucial. Following this line of approach, the Learning Management System was set up in Allameh Tabataba'i University and the content of the virtual General English course was produced with a new approach and via the application of the Articulate Storyline 2 software for the Distance education of university students of different majors. To this end and in order to evaluate the extent of the effect of the flipped and brain based techniques two groups of students took part in the virtual classes each term. In teaching the first group (31, 15 female students and 16 male students) the flipped method and in the second group (30, 18 females and 12 males) the non-flipped technique were used. In virtual teaching of both groups, the novel brain based technique was utilized and the Learning Management System of Allameh T. University was indeed similar to Moodle and possessed the synchronous and asynchronous potentialities. The findings from the T-test (sig.= 0.01), one-way Anova and Sheffe test indicated that the teaching techniques had a significant effect on the learning of male/female students who participated in the virtual courses of English and more specifically it had a positive effect on low proficiency learners, which can bear a lot of educational implications for educational system planners particularly virtual and language teaching with the application of flipped method.
