This is a quasi-experimental study and the objective are practical. The statistical population of the study included all female students in the eighth grade of smart schools in Shirvan County and included 60 students in three groups: control and experiment. The samples were selected using multistage cluster sampling and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups; then, the first experimental group used TEAL method and the second experimental group used technology enabled method and they were trained for 12 sessions. The research tools was Herman's achievement motivation questionnaire. The results showed that TEAL has a positive effect on the motivation of academic achievement in smart schools; also, TEAL has more positive effect on the motivation of academic achievement than the technology enabled method.
